Egregio Intense Fruit EVOO

  • Egregio Intense Fruit is an extra virgin olive oil is made from predominantly hojiblanca olives, harvested very early while the olives are still green and cold extracted, resulting in an excellent extra virgin olive oil with an intense green color. On the nose there is a smell of freshly cut grass and green fruits. The palate is dominated by green nuances, and provides a pleasant burn and bitterness that are well balanced. This oil is best consumed with bread, salads and pasta dishes.

  • Egregio Organic is our premium extra virgin olive oil produced from our organic olive groves with the hojiblanca and picual varieties. It is very fruity, with aromas reminiscent of green olives, and hints of ripe olives, freshly grass and artichoke. Spiciness and bitterness are mild and balanced and there is a hint of sweetness. This oil is ideal for green salads, fresh cheeses and cold soups.

  • This extra virgin olive oil is made from predominantly Arbequina olives, harvested early and cold extracted, resulting in an oil that is very smooth and delicate with an aroma of freshly cut grass. On the palate, apple and almond are noted with an elegant balance of bitterness and spiciness. This is a very versatile oil to be used for cooking or combined fresh with a variety of dishes, from salads to rice and fine pastries.

  • Estepa Virgin Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an expert selection of all of the varieties of olives grown in our region. The olives are harvested very early, when the olive is turning color (from green to purple), resulting in an excellent extra virgin olive oil with an intense green color. On the nose there is a smell of freshly cut grass and green fruits. The palate is dominated by green nuances, and provides a pleasant burn and bitterness that are very balanced.

  • This extra virgin olive oil is the choice for professional chefs for its high versatility. It can be used for frying, in stews, for the preparation of creams and cold soups like gazpacho or used to pickle food.
    It has a fruity green olive aroma with slight hints of ripe olives, olive leaf and grass. In the mouth it has a slight but and well balanced spice and bitterness.

  • Thanks to the fact that this extra virgin olive oil is early harvested, Oleoestepa Arbequina is very fruity with hints of green and ripe olives.  The aroma has notes of green almond, apple and ripe fruit.  In the mouth it is sweet highlighting the character of the Arbequina variety, with very slight bitterness and spiciness. This is a perfect oil to pair with anchovies, old cheese, fruit salads and for use in mayonnaise.

  • Oleoestepa Hojiblanca is a monovarietal extra virgin olive oil  from the dominant variety of olives in our region. It has a very fresh aroma, full of fruity green olive notes, freshly cut grass, olive leaf, with hints of apple and artichoke. On the palate the oil gives a very fresh feel in the mouth with a delicate but elegant spicy and bitterness that are well balanced. This oil is ideal for seasoning vegetables and grilled fish.
